FRIED RICE CAULIFLOWER

Here's how to make a useful and practical fried rice cauliflower:

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece (120gr) cauliflower, using flowers, washing, and crushing with a food processor (not until smooth).
  • 5 pieces of Pechi, sliced.
  • 5 pieces bitter beans, sliced.
  • 2 red cayenne peppers, sliced. 
  • 2 pieces of red chili, sliced.
  • 1/4 onion, sliced.
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
  • 1 piece of bacon, small chunks.
  • 1/2 tbsp XO sauce.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.

Complementary: 

  • 1 egg cow eye.
  • 1 piece sunny side up eggs.
  • Almond oven to taste.
  • Bake almonds to taste

  Steps to make it: 

  • Heat the oil, stir sauteed garlic until fragrant, add onion, stir fry until fragrant. Stir in bacon, sauteed 1 minute
  • Add the seasoning XO stir, put the riced cauliflower, stir 1 minute. Put the whipped egg to let stand 30 seconds, stir, try adding salt to taste.
  • Move the cauliflower fried rice to the serving plate and serve with cow eye egg and almond.

Fried Rice Cauliflower is ready to be served.
