Ramen Noodle With Egg Recipe - For those who are familiar with the noodle menu, ramen noodles are one of the options in their menu. Many people think ramen noodles come from the country of Japan. Based on the history of Ramen noodles originated from China. First, in China, the meat used as an additional ingredient is pork. Ingredients Egg Ramen Noodle:

  • 1/2 packs dried noodle
  • 2 Grains of chicken eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1/4 fruits Onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Fruit red chili
  • 4 pieces of chili (chili) Green
  • 1/2 Tomato fruit
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 300 ml of water
  • Cucumber to taste
  • Onion leaves to taste 

Step making Egg Ramen Noodle:

  1. Poached egg: Simmer water, stir the water to form a vortex. Enter 1 egg, cook until the egg whites are cooked. Lift it aside. Boiled noodles are used water cooking eggs, briefly (1/2 ripe) lift, drain. Heat pan/Wok, enter margarine.
  2. Stir the chopped onion until wither, stir in the chopped garlic, mix well until fragrant. Put the tomato & chili that has been cut into pieces, stir until wilt.   3. Put noodles, stir briefly. Turn off the fire. Put the noodles & it into a bowl. Place the poached egg on top. Sprinkle with sliced green onions & cucumbers that are sliced into boxes. Add fried onions if like.
  4. Ready to be served, preferably served in a hot state.
