This Fried Rice Kimchi is a traditional food originating from a Korean ginseng country, and it is one of the types of vegetable mustard derived from fermented spicy spices. After being salted and washed, vegetables are mixed with spices made from krill shrimp, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and red chili powder.

The most common vegetables for making Kimchi are white mustard greens and radish. In ancient times, Kimchi is pronounced as Chim-Chae, meaning "marinated vegetables."

In Korea, Kimchi will usually always be served at a meal as one of the most common types of banchan. Kimchi is also used as a spice while cooking kimchi soup (kimchi jjigae), Kimchi fried rice (Kimchi Bokkeumbap), and various other cuisines.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rice 
  • 1/2 Cup Kimchi 
  • 1/2 Cup Beef 
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce  
  • 2 Stalk scallion 
  • 1/4 Onions 
  • 1 egg 
  • Garlic to taste 
  • Vegetable oil 
  • Sesame oil 
  • Salt and pepper 

Steps to make it: 

  1. Cut the Kimchi into small pieces 
  2. Slice onion and scallion, then chopped garlic
  3. Season the meat with sweet soy sauce, pepper powder, and minced garlic 
  4. Stir fry meat with vegetable oil until cooked 
  5. Add onions and Kimchi, cook for 5 minutes 
  6. Add the onion and chopped garlic, cook briefly then turn off the flame 
  7. Enter the white rice, stir. Make sure the rice is washed clean 
  8. Add 1-2 tbsp of sesame oil, turn the fire back on 
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste 
  10. Besides, cook eggs that you can make into a sunny side up scrambled egg or omelet.
  11. After everything is done, serve fried rice and put eggs on top or the edge of a rice
