Ingredients:

  • 1x grapefruit
  • 2x small cucumber
  • 5x stalks of celery
  • ½ Lemon
  • 6x large spinach leaves
  • 1-inch piece of ginger

Additional you can try and find or grow as many of these ingredients as you can and add them:
  • Dark green leaves
  • Large handful of sunflower greens
  • ½x fennel bulb
  • 1x handful of parsley
  • 5 or 6 stalks of sorrel
  • Stinging Nettle
  • Beetroot

  • 1/4 of a Small Pineapple
