Here's How to Make Ramen Noodle Stir Fry:

  • 1/4 cup citrus juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • 2 packages of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 1 cup of red peppers
  • 1/2 cup of onions
  • 1/2 cup of black olives
  • 1/2 cup of green olives
  • 1/2 cup of tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of canola oil
  • 1/2 cup of onions
  • 1/4 cup of citrus juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Cook the noodles in 2 cups of water.
  2. Mix the canola oil and the citrus juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  4. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  5. Add vegetables and feta cheese to noodles and mix.
  6. Pour the dressing on Salad. Toss.

Tips and Techniques

As you can see, making a ramen salad is pretty easy, and it can be ready in minutes. Add pretty much anything you like, and it can be your favorite vegetables, some cheese, mix everything, add some oil or vinaigrette, and you are ready to eat a delicious meal!
