Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread Homemade


This cinnamon roll banana bread recipe is an upgrade from the easy banana bread recipe. All we are doing here is adding a bit of cinnamon to the banana bread batter, so we get that little extra cinnamon flavor. Otherwise, this banana bread recipe is still very easy. Now let's get to it!

You guys have been loving on my first recipe. It’s been one in every of our hottest to this point! And since I like banana bread a lot, this recipe was certain to occur eventually.
The banana bread infusion occurs in two methods:
1. banana puree within the dough
2. banana slices and walnuts within the facilities.

Cinnamon roll banana bread

For this cinnamon roll banana bread recipe you will need

  • 2 1/3 cups of mashed overripe bananas
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • a little salt
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 3/4 cup of (brown) sugar (brown sugar is healthier)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • some cinnamon powder


  1. Let's begin with turning on the oven, we set it to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). The stove will be hot by the time we are finished with the banana bread batter and ready for baking. 
  1. We take a big bowl and mix in all the flour, baking soda, and salt. Into another dish, we combine the wet ingredients and sugar. First, we blend the melted butter and sugar, then we add eggs, and in the end, we mix in mashed bananas and some cinnamon. We can use a stick hand blender and blend until we get nice and even texture. Then we pour the mixture into the first bowl and stir. 
  1. Take some butter and grease your banana bread pan. Then pour in the cinnamon banana bread batter and put it in the oven. It takes somewhere around 60 to 65 minutes for your cinnamon banana bread to bake. You know the bread is done when you can stick a knife in it, and it comes out clean.
