  3. Remove the broccoli and dip in ice water and drain using a paper towel.
  4. Cook the bacon until crisp.
  5. Afterwards, drain with a paper towel.
  6. Remove the excess fat on the pan.
  7. Add garlic with the red onions and then cook for 4 minutes and allow the vegetable to soften.
  8. Mix the broccoli, onions, garlic, sliced almonds, grapes and bacon in a large bowl.
  9. Mix it gently.
  10. Use a small-sized bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients using a wire whisk.
  11. Add the mixture to the salad while stirring it gently until all salad is coated. Store the salad in the refrigerator for 12 hours and then serve.
