Here's recipe for banana nut muffins


  • Finely mashed overripe bananas 4
  • Melted and cooled butter 1/3
  • Powdered white sugar ¾ cups
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Espresso coffee 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Baking soda a teaspoon
  • Flour 1 and ½ cup
  • Raw or roasted walnut a cup full  


  1. Preheat your oven to 350OFahrenheit—grease muffin molds with melted butter.
  2. Take a large bowl and pour in it mashed banana and melted butter and with a wooden spoon, preferably with a long handle.
  3. Add one by one sugar, beaten eggs, espresso coffee, and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Follow by adding in the baking soda and salt and continue mixing.
  5. Whisk in the flour and mix in well carefully so that no lumps are formed.
  6. Carefully fold in the nuts and set the batter aside.
  7. Pour the mixture in the muffin tins and place on a tray.
  8. Place the tray containing the filled muffin molds into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Go a toothpick into one of many muffin tins, and it comes out clear, the baking is completed.
  10. Allow to cool for ten minutes and then remove the banana nut muffins and place them on a wire rack to cool.
